Grind Garlic. Grind Nuts. Grind Basil in mortar “dry”. Add olive oil, grind in to homogenize. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper.

On July 16, 2011, Chef Aaron Vandemark from Pancuito Restaurant taught the Homefries how to make Oricchiette and Basil Pesto. Chef Aaron told us that “oricchiette” means “little ears” in Italian!
